Most used and most ignored part of our body - BRAIN.
There is lack of health awareness, and when asked, heatlh upkeep for most is physical excercise, workout, walking, running, jogging, dancing , etc.
What about mental health and wellbeing? Brain is one organ which is working 24*7 (all day and and night) for 97%+ individuals (yes even while sleeping - and that is one of the big reason why most do not feel fresh even after sleeping for 8 hrs).
Mental excercise like puzzles, games, etc and yoga, meditation, breathing excercise, clean and fresh oxygen helps keep up mental health as well.
22nd July is the day to spread awareness on mental wellbeing and brain care.
